Customized Products All our products are handmade and customized. Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed and completed.
No Cancellation After Confirmation Orders cannot be canceled once we begin processing. Please double-check all details before confirming.
Damaged Product Policy If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Refunds (If Applicable) Refunds are only processed in cases where a replacement is not possible. Once approved, the refund will be issued within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Incorrect or Missing Items If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, notify us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange for a correction or replacement.

Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling
Delayed courier deliveries (beyond our control)
Return Shipping (if applicable) If a return is approved (in rare cases), the customer may need to ship the product back. Return shipping costs will be discussed case-by-case.
